BlitzGo Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BlitzGo mobile application, website, platform and related services ("BlitzGo", "Platform", "Service", "we", "us" or "our").

BlitzGo is intended to operate in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, including Duhok, Zakho, Erbil and Sulaymaniyah, and may expand to other cities and areas of Iraq.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing an order, requesting a service, accepting a delivery, providing services through BlitzGo, or otherwise using BlitzGo, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use BlitzGo.

1. About BlitzGo

BlitzGo is a technology platform that may connect customers with participating businesses, merchants, drivers, couriers, service providers and other users.

Depending on the service offered in your location, BlitzGo may facilitate:

• Delivery services;

• Food and restaurant orders;

• Grocery and retail orders;

• Transportation or courier services;

• Local business services;

• Payments and order processing;

• Customer support;

• Other services introduced by BlitzGo from time to time.

The exact services available may vary by city.

BlitzGo may use independent merchants, drivers, couriers, contractors or other third-party service providers to fulfil services.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating and using your BlitzGo account.

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under the laws applicable to you.

If a person is not legally permitted to use a particular BlitzGo service, that person must not use that service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

You must immediately notify BlitzGo if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and current information, including where applicable:

• Your name;

• Telephone number;

• Delivery address;

• Payment information;

• Location information;

• Other information reasonably required to provide the Service.

You must not create an account using another person's identity or intentionally provide false information.

BlitzGo may suspend or restrict an account where information appears to be fraudulent, misleading, abusive or unlawful.

4. Orders and Services

When you place an order or request a service, BlitzGo may display information such as the estimated price, delivery fee, service fee, distance, taxes or other applicable charges.

Prices and availability may vary depending on location, merchant, demand, distance, time, promotions and other circumstances.

An order may not be accepted until the relevant merchant, driver, courier or service provider confirms or begins processing it.

BlitzGo may refuse, cancel or modify an order where reasonably necessary because of:

• Unavailability;

• Incorrect or incomplete information;

• Technical problems;

• Payment problems;

• Safety concerns;

• Suspected fraud or abuse;

• Force majeure;

• Government requirements;

• Operational circumstances; or

• Other legitimate reasons.

5. Prices and Payments

You agree to pay all applicable charges displayed to you before completing an order, except where an adjustment is reasonably necessary because of circumstances disclosed by the Platform or permitted by applicable law.

Charges may include, depending on the service:

• Product or service price;

• Delivery fee;

• Platform/service fee;

• Taxes or government charges where applicable;

• Additional distance, waiting or other disclosed fees.

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers, banks, wallets or other authorized payment methods.

BlitzGo does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any particular payment method.

You authorize BlitzGo and/or its payment providers to process authorized payments associated with your orders.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation rights may depend on the type of service, the stage of the order and applicable law.

Where an order has already been prepared, collected, dispatched or substantially performed, cancellation may result in charges where permitted by applicable law and clearly communicated to you.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Refunds

Where an eligible refund is approved, BlitzGo may refund the applicable amount through the original payment method or another reasonable method.

Refunds may be available for circumstances including:

• An order not being delivered;

• A materially incorrect order;

• A damaged or unusable product;

• Duplicate payment;

• Technical payment error; or

• Another circumstance approved under BlitzGo's refund procedures or applicable law.

BlitzGo may request reasonable evidence before approving a refund.

Refund decisions will not unlawfully restrict mandatory consumer rights.

8. Merchants and Third-Party Providers

Some products and services available through BlitzGo may be supplied by independent merchants or third-party providers.

The merchant or service provider may be responsible for the quality, legality, description, preparation or fulfilment of its own products and services, subject to applicable law and the contractual arrangements with BlitzGo.

BlitzGo may assist customers in communicating with merchants or providers and resolving problems.

9. Drivers and Couriers

Where BlitzGo uses independent drivers or couriers, such persons may be independent contractors or third-party service providers rather than employees of BlitzGo, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Drivers and couriers must comply with applicable Iraqi and Kurdistan laws, traffic requirements, safety requirements and BlitzGo policies.

BlitzGo may require drivers or couriers to provide information or documentation reasonably necessary for onboarding, identity verification, safety, payment, compliance and operation of the Platform.

BlitzGo may suspend or remove a driver or courier from the Platform where there are reasonable grounds involving safety, fraud, unlawful conduct, poor service, breach of these Terms or other legitimate operational reasons.

10. User Responsibilities

You must use BlitzGo lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Use BlitzGo for unlawful purposes;

• Commit fraud or attempt to defraud BlitzGo, merchants, drivers, couriers or other users;

• Provide false information;

• Use another person's account without authorization;

• Interfere with the Platform;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BlitzGo systems;

• Introduce malicious software;

• Abuse promotional offers;

• Harass, threaten or abuse drivers, couriers, merchants, employees or other users;

• Use BlitzGo to facilitate criminal activity;

• Submit deliberately false complaints;

• Damage property belonging to BlitzGo or third parties;

• Attempt to manipulate prices, ratings, orders or payments.

11. Prohibited Items and Activities

Users must not use BlitzGo to request, transport, deliver, sell or facilitate items or activities that are illegal or prohibited by applicable law.

BlitzGo may restrict or prohibit categories of goods or services for safety, legal, regulatory, insurance or operational reasons.

Where prohibited items are discovered, BlitzGo may cancel the transaction and, where required or permitted by law, cooperate with competent authorities.

12. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, coupons and discounts may be subject to additional terms.

BlitzGo may limit, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, technical abuse or other improper use.

A promotion does not create a permanent entitlement unless expressly stated.

13. Reviews and User Content

Where BlitzGo allows ratings, reviews, comments, photographs or other content, you must ensure that your content is lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.

You must not submit:

• False or fraudulent reviews;

• Threats;

• Defamatory or unlawful content;

• Private personal information belonging to another person;

• Copyright-infringing content;

• Sexually explicit or abusive content;

• Content intended to harass or intimidate another person.

BlitzGo may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

The BlitzGo name, logo, application, website, software, design, graphics, text, trademarks and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to BlitzGo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use BlitzGo only for its intended purpose.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell or commercially exploit BlitzGo's intellectual property without written authorization, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

15. Location Services

Certain BlitzGo features may require access to your device's location.

Location information may be used to provide services such as:

• Determining delivery locations;

• Matching customers with drivers or couriers;

• Calculating distance and applicable charges;

• Improving service operations;

• Fraud and security prevention;

• Customer support.

You may control certain location permissions through your device settings. However, disabling required location functionality may prevent some BlitzGo services from operating correctly.

16. Communications

By using BlitzGo, you may receive service-related communications including:

• Order confirmations;

• Delivery updates;

• Account notifications;

• Security alerts;

• Customer-support communications;

• Important changes to the Service.

Where legally permitted and where you have provided the required consent, BlitzGo may also send promotional communications.

You may opt out of promotional communications where an opt-out mechanism is provided.

Service and security communications may continue where reasonably necessary to provide or protect the Service.

17. Safety

BlitzGo takes reasonable measures to promote the safety and security of its Platform.

However, BlitzGo cannot guarantee that every user, merchant, driver, courier or third-party provider will always act safely or lawfully.

Users must exercise reasonable care and immediately report serious safety concerns to BlitzGo and, where appropriate, the relevant emergency or governmental authority.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Availability of the Platform

BlitzGo aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• Maintenance;

• Technical problems;

• Internet or telecommunications failures;

• Payment-provider problems;

• Weather;

• Security incidents;

• Government action;

• Natural disasters;

• Civil disturbances;

• Other events outside BlitzGo's reasonable control.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlitzGo will not be responsible for losses that are indirect, incidental, special or consequential and that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the relevant contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Iraqi or Kurdistan law.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of BlitzGo, fraud, deliberate misconduct, or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss was caused by BlitzGo's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.

21. Suspension and Termination

BlitzGo may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary because of:

• Fraud;

• Illegal activity;

• Security risks;

• Abuse;

• Repeated cancellation or payment abuse;

• Serious misconduct;

• Material breach of these Terms;

• A legal or governmental requirement;

• Other legitimate reasons.

Where appropriate, BlitzGo will provide reasonable notice or an explanation, except where immediate action is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of users.

You may stop using BlitzGo at any time.

22. Complaints and Customer Support

Customers may contact BlitzGo through the support channels made available within the application or on the Platform.

When making a complaint, you should provide sufficient information to allow BlitzGo to investigate, including the relevant order number where available.

BlitzGo will make reasonable efforts to investigate complaints and provide an appropriate response.

23. Electronic Contracts and Records

Where applicable, electronic acceptance, electronic communications, order records and electronic records may form part of the contractual relationship between you and BlitzGo or between you and a participating merchant or service provider.

You should retain copies of important order confirmations, receipts and communications.

24. Changes to These Terms

BlitzGo may update these Terms when reasonably necessary, including because of changes to the Platform, business operations, security requirements or applicable law.

The updated version will be published through the Platform.

Where a change materially affects users' rights or obligations, BlitzGo will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.

Your continued use of BlitzGo after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.

25. Applicable Law

These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with the laws applicable to the location in which BlitzGo provides the relevant service, including applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq and, where applicable, laws and regulations in force in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Mandatory rights and protections applicable to consumers will not be excluded by these Terms.

26. Jurisdiction and Disputes

BlitzGo and users should first attempt to resolve disputes through customer support or another reasonable dispute-resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent court or authority having jurisdiction under applicable Iraqi or Kurdistan law.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory legal right to bring a claim before a competent authority or court.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

28. No Waiver

A failure by BlitzGo to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the BlitzGo Privacy Policy and any additional terms specifically applicable to a particular service, form the agreement governing your use of BlitzGo, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

BlitzGo پلاتفۆرمەکا تەکنەلۆژیایە یا دکارێت ئەڤ خزمەتگوزاریان پێشکێش بکەت:

• گەهاندنا خواردنێ؛

• گەهاندنا پارسەل و پاکەتان؛

• گەهاندنا دۆکیومێنت و بەڵگەیان؛

• گەهاندنا کەل و پەل؛

• گەهاندنا کڕینێن دوکان و کۆمپانیایان؛

• خزمەتگوزاریا کۆریەر و لۆجستیکێ؛

• خزمەتگوزاریا شۆفێر و گواستنەوەیێ، ل شوێنێن کو بەردەست بن؛

• و خزمەتگوزاریێن دی کو داهاتیێدا BlitzGo دێ پێشکێش بکەت.

خزمەتگوزاریێن بەردەست دکارن ل هەر شارەکێ جیاواز بن.

کاتێک تە هەژمارەکا BlitzGo دروست کر، پێدڤیە زانیاریێن دروست و نویک پێشکێشی بکەی.

• ژمارا موبایلێ؛

• ئیمەیڵ؛

• ناڤونیشان؛

• شوێنێ گەهاندنێ؛

• زانیاریێن دی کو بۆ خزمەتێ پێدڤی بن.

تە بەرپرسیاریێ هەیە کو زانیاریێن هەژمارا خۆ بپارێزی و پاسوۆرد یان کۆدی چوونێ ب کەسێ دی نەدەی.

٣. بەکارهێنەر پێدڤیە بەرپرسیار بیت

تە پێدڤیە BlitzGo ب شێوەیەکا یاسایی و بەرپرسیار بکار بهێنی.

نابیت:

• فێڵ ل BlitzGo بکەی؛

• زانیاریێن دروست نەدەی؛

• هەژمارا کەسەکێ دی بێ ڕێپێدان بکار بهێنی؛

• سیستەمێ BlitzGo تێک بدەی؛

• هەوڵ بدەی دەستگەهشتنا نەڕێپێدراو ب سیستەمێن BlitzGo بکەی؛

• شۆفێر، کۆریەر، دوکان، کارمەند یان کڕیارەکێ دی هەڕەشە یان ئازار بدەی؛

• BlitzGo بۆ کارێن نەیاسایی بکار بهێنی؛

کاتێک تە داخوازیەک ل BlitzGo کر، دکارێت زانیاری وەک نرخ، نرخی گەهاندنێ، خزمەتگوزاری و کاتی خەمڵاندی بۆ تە بهێتە نیشاندان.

نرخ و بەردەستبوونا خزمەتگوزاری دکارێت بەپێی:

• شار؛

• دوکان؛

• مەودا؛

• کات؛

• داواکاری؛

• جۆرێ خزمەتێ؛

• و بارودۆخێن دی

جیاواز بیت.

داخوازی دکارێت تەنێ پشتی پشتڕاستکرن یان وەرگرتنا دوکان، شۆفێر یان کۆریەرێ بهێتە جێبەجێکرن.

٥. پارسەل

BlitzGo دکارێت خزمەتگوزاریا گەهاندنا پارسەل پێشکێش بکەت.

بەکارهێنەر بەرپرسیارە کو زانیاریێن پارسەلێ دروست بن، ب تایبەتی:

• ناڤێ وەرگر؛

• ژمارا موبایلێ؛

• شوێنێ وەرگرتنێ؛

• شوێنێ گەهاندنێ؛

• جۆرێ پارسەلێ؛

• زانیاریێن دی کو بۆ گەهاندنێ پێدڤی بن.

بەکارهێنەر نابیت شتێن نەیاسایی، مەترسیدار یان نەڕێپێدراو بۆ گەهاندنێ بدەت.

BlitzGo دکارێت پارسەلەکێ ڕەت بکەت ئەگەر گومان هەبیت کو پارسەلەکە یاسایی نییە یان مەترسیەکا سەلامەتی هەیە.

٦. نرخ و پارەدان

پێش تەواوکرنا داخوازیێ، دکارێت نرخێن پەیوەندیدار بۆ تە بهێنە نیشاندان.

دکارێت ئەڤ نرخان تێدا هەبن:

• نرخێ بەرهەم یان خزمەتێ؛

• نرخی گەهاندنێ؛

• نرخی خزمەتگوزاریێ؛

• باج یان پارەیێن پێدڤی، ئەگەر هەبن؛

• پارەیێن دی کو پێش تەواوکرنا داخوازیێ بۆ تە هاتینە ڕوونکرن.

پارەدان دکارێت ژ رێکا بانک، payment provider، wallet یان شێوازێن دیێن پارەدانێ بهێتە کرن.

٧. هەلوەشاندنا داخوازیێ

مافێ هەلوەشاندنا داخوازیێ دکارێت بەپێی جۆرێ خزمەتێ و قۆناغێ کو داخوازی گەهشتیە جیاواز بیت.

ئەگەر دوکان، کۆریەر یان شۆفێر دەست ب کارێ داخوازیێ کر بیت، هەلوەشاندن دکارێت ببیتە هۆی پارەدانێ، ئەگەر بەپێی یاسا ڕێپێدراو بیت و پێشتر بۆ بەکارهێنەر هاتیە ڕوونکرن.

هیچ مادەیەک ژ ئەم مەرجان نابیت مافێ یاساییێن مەجبووریێن کڕیاران بسڕیتەوە.

٨. گەڕاندنا پارەیێ

ئەگەر داخوازیەک بۆ گەڕاندنا پارەیێ هەژمارکر، BlitzGo دکارێت پارەیێ ب هەمان شێوازێ پارەدانێ یان شێوازەکێ دیێ گونجاو بگەڕینیت.

هۆکارێن گەڕاندنا پارەیێ دکارن تێدا هەبن:

• داخوازی نەگەهشتی بیت؛

• داخوازی ب شێوەیەکا مەزن هەڵە بیت؛

• بەرهەم زیان دیتی بیت؛

• پارەدان دووجار هاتیە کرن؛

• هەڵەیەکا تەکنیکی ل پارەدانێ رویدابیت؛

• یان هۆکارەکێ دی کو BlitzGo قەبوول بکەت.

BlitzGo دکارێت پێش گەڕاندنا پارەیێ بەڵگە یان زانیاریێن پێدڤی بخوازیت.

٩. دوکان و خزمەتگوزارێن لایێ سێیەم

هەندێ بەرهەم و خزمەتگوزاری دکارن ژ دوکان، رێستوران، کۆمپانیا، شۆفێر، کۆریەر یان خزمەتگوزارێن لایێ سێیەم بهێنە پێشکێشکرن.

BlitzGo دکارێت بۆ پێکڤەگرێدانا کڕیار و ئەو خزمەتگوزاران کار بکەت.

دوکان یان خزمەتگوزارێ دکارێت بەرپرسیارێ بەشەکا خزمەتێ بیت، بەپێی یاسا و ڕێکێن پەیوەندیدار.

١٠. کۆریەر و شۆفێر

ئەگەر BlitzGo کۆریەر یان شۆفێر بکار ئینیت، ئەو کەس دپێڤیە یاسا، ڕێسایێن هاتوچۆ، سەلامەتی و سیاسەتێن BlitzGo پەیڕەو بکەت.

BlitzGo دکارێت بۆ پێدڤیێن ناسینەوە، سەلامەتی، پارەدان و پەیڕەوکرنا یاسا زانیاری و بەڵگە ژ کۆریەر و شۆفێران بخوازیت.

BlitzGo دکارێت هەژمارەکا کۆریەر یان شۆفێر کاتی یان هەمیشەیی سنووردار یان ڕابگرێت، ئەگەر هۆکارێکی گونجاو وەک فێڵ، مەترسی، کارێ نەیاسایی یان شکاندنا ئەم مەرجان هەبیت.

١١. شتێن نەڕێپێدراو

بەکارهێنەر نابیت BlitzGo بۆ گەهاندن، فرۆشتن، کرین یان گواستنەوەیا شتێن نەیاسایی یان نەڕێپێدراو بکار بهێنیت.

BlitzGo دکارێت جۆرێن تایبەتیێن شتان سنووردار یان قەدەغە بکەت بۆ هۆکارێن:

• یاسایی؛

• سەلامەتی؛

• بیمە؛

• پاراستن؛

• کارگێڕی.

١٢. شوێن — Location

هەندێ خزمەتگوزاریێن BlitzGo پێدڤی ب زانیاریا شوێنێ تە دکەن.

Location دکارێت بۆ:

• دۆزینا کۆریەرێ؛

• دیاریکرنا شوێنێ وەرگرتنێ؛

• دیاریکرنا شوێنێ گەهاندنێ؛

• شوێنکەوتنا پارسەلێ؛

• هژمارکرنا مەودا؛

• پشتیوانیا کڕیار؛

• پاراستنا فێلێ

بهێتە بکارئینان.

بۆ زانیاریێن زیاتر، سەیرێ سیاسەتا نهێنیێ BlitzGo بکە.

١٣. پەیوەندی

BlitzGo دکارێت پەیامێن پەیوەندیدار ب خزمەتێ بۆ تە بنێریت، وەک:

• پشتڕاستکرنا داخوازیێ؛

• ئاگەهداریا گەهاندنێ؛

• ئاگەهداریێن هەژمارێ؛

• ئاگەهداریێن سەلامەتیێ؛

• پشتیوانیا کڕیار.

پەیامێن ڕیکلامی دکارن بەپێی یاسا و ڕێپێدانا پێدڤی بهێنە ناردن.

١٤. نیشان و پاشکۆ و ناڤێ BlitzGo

ناڤێ BlitzGo، لۆگۆ، ئەپلیکەیشن، ماڵپەڕ، دیزاین، نیشانێن بازرگانی و ناڤەرۆکا پلاتفۆرمێ مافێن خاوەندارێتیێن BlitzGo یان لایێن کو ماف پێداینە.

بێ ڕێپێدان نابیت ئەڤ شتان بهێنە کۆپیکرن، فرۆشتن، گۆڕین یان بۆ مەبەستێن بازرگانی بهێنە بکارئینان.

١٥. سەلامەتی

BlitzGo هەوڵ ددەت پلاتفۆرمەکا سەلامەت و پارێزراو پێشکێش بکەت.

بەڵام BlitzGo ناتوانیت گەرەنتی بکەت کو هەمی بەکارهێنەر، دوکان، شۆفێر یان کۆریەر هەردەم ب شێوەیەکا سەلامەت و یاسایی کار بکەت.

هیچ شتێک ل ئەم مەرجان نابیت بۆ ئەوە بهێتە بکارئینان کو بەرپرسیاریا BlitzGo بۆ شتێک بسڕیتەوە کو بەپێی یاسا نابیت بسڕدرێتەوە یان سنووردار بکرێت.

مافێن مەجبووریێن کڕیاران دێ بەپێی یاسا بمینن.

١٨. هەلوەشاندن یان ڕاگرتنا هەژمارێ

BlitzGo دکارێت هەژمارەکێ کاتی یان هەمیشەیی ڕابگرێت یان سنووردار بکەت ئەگەر:

باشترە ژمارا داخوازیێ، ناڤێ هەژمارێ و زانیاریێن پەیوەندیدار پێشکێشی بکەی، بۆ ئەوەی BlitzGo بتوانیت بابەتێ ب باشی بگەهینیت.

٢٠. تۆمارێن ئەلیکترۆنی

پشتڕاستکرنا ئەلیکترۆنی، داخوازیێن ئەلیکترۆنی، پسوول، پەیام و تۆمارێن BlitzGo دکارن بەشەکێ ژ ڕێکێن مامەڵەیێ بن، بەپێی یاسا.

پێشنیار دکرێت تۆمارێن گرنگ، پسوول و پشتڕاستکرنا داخوازیان بپارێزی.

٢١. گۆڕینا ئەم مەرجان

BlitzGo دکارێت ئەم مەرجان گۆڕیت، ب تایبەتی کاتێک:

• خزمەتگوزاری نویک دێتە زیادکرن؛

• سیاسەتێن BlitzGo دگۆڕن؛

• تەکنەلۆژی دگۆڕیت؛

• پێدڤیێن یاسایی دگۆڕن؛

• یان پێدڤیێن کارگێڕی هەبن.

وەشانا نویک دێ ل ئەپلیکەیشن یان ماڵپەڕێ BlitzGo بهێتە دانان.

ئەگەر گۆڕینەک مەزن بیت، BlitzGo دێ بەپێی پێدڤیێن یاسایی ئاگەهداریێ بدەت.

٢٢. یاسا و دەسەڵات

ئەم مەرجان دڤێت ب شێوەیەکا گونجاو ل گەل یاسایێن پەیوەندیدارێ کۆمارا عێراقێ و هەرێما کوردستانێ بهێنە جێبەجێکرن.

ئەگەر یاسایەکا ناچار و مەجبووری مافەکێ بۆ بەکارهێنەر دیاری بکەت، ئەم مەرجان نابیت ئەو مافە بسڕینەوە.

٢٣. ناکۆکی و شکایتێن یاسایی

ئەگەر ناکۆکیەک ل نێوان BlitzGo و بەکارهێنەر چێبیت، هەردوو لای دڤێت سەرەتا هەوڵ بدن بابەتێ ژ رێکا پشتیوانی و گفتوگۆ چارەسەر بکەن.

ئەگەر ناکۆکی نەهاتە چارەسەرکرن، دکارێت بابەت بۆ دادگەه یان دەزگەهێ پەیوەندیدارێ کو بەپێی یاسا دەسەڵات هەیە بهێتە پێشکێشکرن.

هیچ شتێک ل ڤێ مادەیێ نابیت مافێ یاساییێن مەجبووریێن کڕیاران سنووردار بکەت.

٢٤. جوداکرن
